Tom Ford Sunglasses Develop Micro Cracks After Careful Use

I purchased a pair of Tom Ford sunglasses from the Atasun Optik store at Marka AVM. I always kept the sunglasses in their case when leaving them in my car and took great care of them. However, one day while cleaning the sunglasses, I noticed fine, hairline micro-cracks had developed in the frame. Because of these cracks, the sunglasses have now become completely unacceptable for me to use from a cosmetic standpoint.

I submitted the product to Atasun Optik to be sent for inspection. Approximately two weeks ago, my sunglasses were sent for a warranty assessment, but I subsequently received a written response stating that the issue was attributed to factors such as sweat, hair dye, and similar causes. The relevant section on the warranty form was marked accordingly, and my claim was rejected on the grounds that the damage was “outside the scope of the warranty.” Despite the fact that I always kept my sunglasses in their case and used them carefully, I cannot accept having full responsibility placed on me based on an irrelevant explanation such as hair dye, nor can I accept the company's refusal to stand behind the product.

I request that the inconvenience I have experienced due to these fine cracks in my Tom Ford sunglasses be properly addressed and that my sunglasses be replaced with a brand-new pair. I expect Atasun Optik and Tom Ford to provide a fair and satisfactory solution to this issue.
