On September 4, I purchased a Versace crossbody bag from Boyner via Trendyol for ₺4,149. After approximately 20-25 days of occasional use (2-3 times), I noticed significant changes in the holographic surface of the bag. I contacted Trendyol’s support to initiate a return process, but after 3-4 days, they rejected my request, claiming the issue was due to improper use rather than a manufacturing defect.

The bag has now been returned to me, and I am deeply disappointed by the response from such a reputable brand. I used the product minimally, and the damage is clearly not due to misuse. I request an immediate resolution to this issue and a refund or replacement for the defective item. This situation needs to be addressed promptly.
