On January 4, I loaded $12 into a platform called TOKİ. While using this service, I deposited money because I believed I would be able to connect with the world and communicate with real people. However, I did not receive any benefit from the service.
I eventually realized that all the people I interacted with on the platform were fake profiles, and I was unable to receive the service that was promised. The money I deposited has essentially been wasted, and I feel deceived.
For this reason, I request a full refund of the $12 that I deposited into the TOKİ platform.
