Unable to Watch TodTV Abroad – Seeking Refund for Unusable Service
I paid ₺4,000 for TodTV, but I am unable to watch it as it keeps showing an error code. Despite sending emails and reaching out through social media, I received no response. After much effort, I finally got in touch with customer service, only to be told that the service is not available because I am abroad. There was no issue when they took my money, but now they refuse to provide the service and won’t issue a refund. I won’t be purchasing from them again, and I won’t recommend TodTV to anyone.

Are you talking about the automatic response you sent days later? It is of no help at all, and there is no need for you to give such a political answer here because no one has contacted me. The email I received was sent by an automatic AI and is of no use. I will write everywhere until my problem is resolved.
