TOD TV Package Works on My Phone but Not on My Television and Support Is Unreachable
I bought a TOD TV plan and can watch live TV, games, and shows on my phone without any problems. But I can't get to the service on my TV. This has been very annoying because I thought the experience would be the same on all devices. Things are even worse because no one is around to help or give information. I keep getting sent to an automatic system every time I try to get in touch, which doesn't help. It seems like the service I'm paying for doesn't do what it says it will do. It's not acceptable that there isn't enough help and functionality. I hope TOD quickly fixes this problem and gives the necessary instructions or fixes to fix it.
