TOD TV Super Full Package Purchase Error

Hello, I purchased your TOD TV Super Full Package for two seasons, but when I check my packages, it only shows one year. Are you kidding me? My package duration should be valid until 2025. It clearly shows two seasons in the visual, yet my account only reflects one year while charging me for two seasons.
