Tod TV F1 Package Misleading? Incompatible with Smart TVs Despite Claims


I bought the F1 package from Tod TV, which mentioned it was compatible with Smart TVs. After buying it, I couldn't watch it on my TV; instead, it displayed "3 screens purchased" on the screen. Here's the image I came across before making the purchase. I faced a similar problem with the entertainment package previously, and as I couldn't get in touch with customer service, I decided to purchase another package. Even with the Smart TV label, I am unable to watch it, and I have wasted money on two packages. I attempted to contact customer service through Instagram and Twitter but did not receive a response, and there are no available phone numbers. When you contact Digiturk to sign up, you'll be connected to a customer service agent in just 10 seconds, but unfortunately, they won't help with this problem. I plan to submit a complaint to the Consumer Arbitration Committee about this issue.
