Even with the Smart TV label, I am unable to watch it, and I have wasted money on two packages. I attempted to contact customer service through Instagram and Twitter but did not receive a response, and there are no available phone numbers. When you contact Digiturk to sign up, you'll be connected to a customer service agent in just 10 seconds, but unfortunately, they won't help with this problem. I plan to submit a complaint to the Consumer Arbitration Committee about this issue.
