I Can’t Verify My Device on Tod TV Because I Don’t Receive the SMS Code
I recently purchased a new subscription package from Tod TV and installed the Tod app on my smart TV. However, I’ve been completely unable to verify my device because the SMS verification code never arrives. I tried multiple times, waited patiently, and even restarted the app and device several times—but no message ever reached my phone.
This issue directly caused me to miss a live broadcast that I specifically subscribed for. It's incredibly frustrating to pay for a service and not be able to use it when it matters most.
I expect Tod TV to immediately resolve this SMS delivery issue and provide an alternative way to verify devices. If this is not resolved quickly, I will be forced to reconsider my subscription and request a refund.
