Unable to Update Phone Number on Tod TV – No Support from Customer Service

I keep getting an error message on Tod TV when trying to update my phone number. Every time I enter the SMS verification code, it says, "This phone number is already in use." I contacted customer service, but I can only reach an AI system with no real support. When I called Digiturk customer service, they told me they couldn’t assist with Tod TV issues and dismissed me. I am extremely frustrated as I’m not getting the service I paid for. This lack of proper support is unacceptable. I demand a solution to this issue immediately so I can use my subscription as intended.
