TNT Express Inadvertently Delayed My Package

My friend used TNT Express to deliver important documents to me while he was away. TNT, on the other hand, was only in charge of transporting the package to Istanbul, where it was handed over to Aras Kargo. I couldn't stop myself from calling TNT's customer service because I was so excited about finally getting my hands on the documents. To my surprise, they instructed me to contact Aras Kargo and stated, "We'll provide you with their contact number." After contacting Aras Kargo's customer service, I was informed that the return process had begun because they were unable to locate me at my address to complete the delivery. I'm not sure who I can trust because I'm completely confused. I urgently require that my package be delivered to me as soon as possible.
