Zero Respect For Clients And Zero Attention To Their Problems!

Simply disgusting! The visa is issued within 8-10 days (as I was informed by TLScontact as well as my institution). A month has passed. TLScontact does not deem it necessary to answer calls and is unaware of embassy contacts. They neglect to inform clients about the status of their documents and the expected return times. They have missed all imaginable deadlines, and I cannot find out the whereabouts of my passport. All I received for almost one month was an email with permission to apply for a visa a week after I had already applied for a visa! Moreover, when I tried to find out the contacts of the institution where my passport is located and the meaning of their message about permission to apply for a visa, which I received a week after my application, the employees did not consider it necessary to give contact information, explain the meaning of the letter or simply apologize, they suggested using Google and called security. When I descended to the Ground Floor, where the building's general reception desk is situated, and where not only the visa center is located, I took a seat on a sofa. This was my attempt to recover after everything I had seen and heard. Soon after, a security guard from the visa center approached me and requested that I leave the building, stating it was private property. He did not respond when I asked him to identify himself. Do you believe that all clients are unaware of their rights? Is this an acceptable level of service? Zero respect for clients and zero attention to their problems! It is an utterly inhumane and discourteous attitude. I fail to comprehend how they have a monopoly on visa processing, but this is simply shameful and disgraceful. Furthermore, I also cannot understand how they have not had their license revoked given the quality of their service. There's no need to redirect me to their website. Their website is absolutely useless, they have no customer support and not the slightest desire to change anything.
