Dear TLS contact, You serve embassies and people to get their visas. But please improve the customer care and communication first of all. Such horrible, useless, and the rudest, shouting people sit at your call centers and at the security gate. They take themselves as the security guard of Kings and Queens. How come they treat people in the rudest way I have ever seen??? Every single customer is charged a huge money to get your useless service. Your company lives on this money that I pay or others pay!!! Why you can't be slightly friendly and pleasant while speaking with people? This feed is for all service teams who work in Tashkent. Such a nasty treatment by security guards and call center operators. Why they are sitting there if they cannot guide people and cannot answer their questions or have no help? What is the point of having a call center if they answer to everyone "We don't help you or We don't know". Was it established to support customers?? Or security guard Why do they address people with neglect and some coercive tone? Does the customer come to face such people? If I am coming I Come to get visa formalities not to hear or face the nasty faces of such horrible people!!!! Service is 0!

What is the Point of having a call center if they answer to everyone "ve don't help you or ve don't know". Was it established to support customers? If ı am made to come this Center because of Visa issues, ı come to GET Visa formalities to be done, but not to hear or Face the nasty faces of such horrible people or hear their rude voices as if they are securing the Center from customer! Service is 0! I Wish each embassy who cooperates with this Center should take action and demand them to enhance the quality of the job and work on the communication Skills of the technical staff and ALL employees. Honestly, it is not Free service, i am paying for every single service so why i cant take quality service ( timely dispatching my docs and handle it back - it takes days to GET my passport back even the system says your docs are sent to vac), also improve the basic communication Skills of the employees who speak and explain the process of work, you can be friendly and caring as well but not rude when you explain the procedures to common people, people are not obliged to be afraid of you but respect your rules, also call center must help people but not shout ( russian speaking ones) their job is to guide the customers so they can their issues resolved in calm manner.) ı Wish my complaints to be taken into account and taken required measures. Ve are living in 21st century where everyone deserves respect, dignity and sense of understanding. Thanks Marguba
