Refund Not Received After UK Visa Appointment With TLScontact

I attended my UK visa appointment at TLScontact, but due to the transition to VFS for visa processing, my application could not proceed. I was informed that the payment would be refunded to my account within 28 business days. However, despite the stated timeline having long passed, I have yet to receive any refund. This delay is unacceptable, and I feel completely disregarded as a customer. I am requesting an immediate resolution to this issue and a prompt refund of the amount paid. TLScontact must take responsibility for ensuring timely refunds and preventing such inconveniences for applicants.
