Timo Club Used Personal Videos Without Consent — Demanding Removal
What right does Timo Club have to use my aunt’s videos and face in inappropriate advertisements without her permission? I will be filing a complaint and taking legal action against you. Remove those advertisements immediately. You have no right whatsoever to use her personal images without consent.
How can you claim to respect “Personal Data Protection Principles” while violating them so blatantly? This is completely unacceptable, and I demand that these videos and ads be taken down right away.
