I want to file a complaint about a service called “timo club”, which I activated after being redirected from an app to a web page called Webplay.

I made a payment once using my bank account details on that page, and since then I have been trying to delete or cancel this “timo club” service.

Whenever I attempt to cancel it, the system asks me for an ID. I enter my ID correctly, but the page does not accept it and does not allow me to complete the cancellation process.

Because of this issue, I am unable to deactivate the service, and I am very concerned about what may happen with my bank information and possible future charges connected to this subscription.

My clear request is the complete removal and cancellation of the “timo club” service and any related account or subscription, because I no longer want to have any connection with this application or service.

I also request written confirmation that my bank details will not be used for any future payments or unauthorized charges.
