Timo Club Ignored My Support Requests After Banning My Account

My account registered with the email address Id***********@gmail.com on the Timo Club application was banned approximately 1–2 weeks ago without any explanation or stated reason. I did not engage in any activity that violated the platform’s rules, and I never received any notification about the ban, either through the app itself or via email.
In order to understand the situation and ask why my account was closed, I submitted a support request through the application’s notification system. However, up to this point, I have not received any kind of response or feedback from the support team.
I am experiencing serious frustration and inconvenience because I was banned despite believing that I did not violate any rules. I request that my account be reviewed again, that it be reopened if this ban was unfairly applied, and that the exact reason for the ban be clearly and transparently communicated to me.
