Timo Club Approved My Withdrawal but Never Sent the Money
On February 3, 2026, I attempted to withdraw money from Timo Club. I submitted two separate withdrawal requests—first for $21 and then for $11. Although the transactions initially appeared to be processed, the amounts were returned to my account twice during the first attempts. When I tried again later, the transaction was approved, but the $11 was never deposited into my account, and the points used for the withdrawal were not returned to my balance either.
When I contacted Timo Club customer service about the issue, I only received a general response saying “transactions cannot be processed at the moment.” No concrete solution was provided. As a result, I have neither received my money nor recovered my points.
I request that the approved $11 withdrawal that never reached my account be paid to me in full, and that the points lost during this transaction be restored to my account.
