Timo Club Withdrawal Payment Not Received After Diamond Conversion

I converted the diamonds I earned in the Timo Club app into a withdrawal, but the payment of about $2 has not been deposited into my account for several days. I completed the transaction on the 5th of the month, but even though two days have passed, the payment still has not been made.
My account ID is 161287056010. Even though the transaction appears completed in the app, no amount has been transferred to my bank account. When I contacted the support team, they simply told me to wait, but despite waiting for two days, neither the payment has been sent nor have my diamonds been refunded.
I request that the payment corresponding to the diamonds I earned be deposited into my account as soon as possible, or that the transaction be canceled and my diamonds be returned to my account balance.
