My Timo Withdrawal Missing After Successful Confirmation

On November 7, 2025, at 18:17, I initiated a withdrawal in the Timo mobile app from the diamond withdrawal section for $58. However, because my last name is short, the app did not accept the withdrawal form, so I had to enter “Busenur Nurin” instead. After completing the withdrawal, I received confirmation both within the app and via SMS/email stating that the transaction was successful. Even though I correctly entered my IBAN and bank name, the money never reached my account.
I attempted to contact Timo customer service regarding this issue, but I received no response. I have never experienced a problem like this before, and there are no restrictions on my account.
I request that this withdrawal be reviewed as soon as possible and that my $58 balance be transferred to me to resolve my issue.
