Timo Club Has Not Paid My $106 Withdrawal for Over a Week

I am registered on Timo Club with the user ID 168728150130, and my name appears in the app as Betül. On January 30, I submitted a withdrawal request for $106 through the application. However, eight days have passed and the money has still not been deposited into my account.

On February 6, my diamonds were returned within the app. After that, I tried requesting a bank transfer instead, but two more days have passed and the money still has not been transferred. Both my initial withdrawal request and the later bank transfer request remain unresolved.

When I contacted the in-app assistant customer support, I did not receive any clear explanation. It feels like I am simply being delayed. They do not provide a clear timeline and do not explain why my transactions have not been completed.

I request that the $106 owed to me be immediately transferred to my bank account and that a detailed explanation be provided regarding these unresolved transactions.
