Timo Clup Withdrawal Not Paid After Multiple Transactions

On February 11 and February 12, 2026, I made four withdrawal transactions totaling $34 through the Timo Clup app. Despite this, I have not received the payment, and there has also been no refund in diamonds within the application.
I am using the app with user ID 162339167384. Regarding this issue, I have submitted multiple support requests through the in-app support channels, but each time I only received an automatic reply saying “we have forwarded your request to the relevant department,” and no actual solution has been provided.
I request that Timo Clup urgently investigate the total $34 worth of transactions I made on February 11 and February 12, 2026, and either complete the payment to my account in full or restore the full amount of diamonds to my account balance. I also ask for a clear explanation regarding the status of this issue.
