I have been unable to access my TikTok account for about 2 years. The account is linked to my old phone number, which I no longer use, and when I try to reset my password, the verification code is sent to that number. Although I also have an email linked to the account, no reset emails ever arrive, not even in the spam or junk folders. I remember my profile photo and that I had around 100 followers. The account was registered in Ordu, Turkey, and it was a standard personal account. I have not contacted TikTok support until now, and I have never made any payments or run ads through this account. I request that TikTok provide the necessary support to help me recover and reactivate my account.
