I haven’t been able to access my TikTok account for about two months. I cannot log in because the account is linked to my old phone number and old email address. When I try to reset my password or log in, TikTok asks me to send an email, but when I attempt it, I receive an error and the process fails. The username of my account is “sumeyye_395 340,” and it contains personal memories that are important to me. I want to recover my account and have my information updated. I have not contacted the TikTok support team yet.

I request that my issue be resolved as soon as possible and that I be informed of the necessary steps to regain access to my account.
