I Request Manual Review to Recover TikTok Account
I am writing regarding my TikTok account @victoriaalga, which I have been using since 2018. I currently cannot access this account, even though I am entering the correct username and password. This account was created several years ago with an old phone number I no longer have access to. An email address is linked to the account, but the system will not accept it during the recovery process, so I cannot use it to log in or reset my password. I last successfully logged in around June 2024. After moving to another country, the usual account recovery options are no longer available in my region, so I am completely blocked from regaining access. I have contacted TikTok support multiple times through email and followed all instructions given. The last response I received stated that the information I provided does not match your records and asked again for sign-up date, first login location, first login device, email/phone used, and other social media accounts. I have already tried to provide as much information as I can, but the automated process is not resolving my situation. I am the legitimate owner of the account @victoriaalga and I am ready to provide any proof required to verify my identity and ownership, such as my ID, device history, original content, or screenshots. I kindly request that my case be reviewed by a human support agent, that my identity be manually verified, and that access to my account @victoriaalga be restored. I ask you to reconsider my case, assist me with a manual verification process, and help me recover access to my account.
