I have been experiencing ongoing login issues with my TikTok account since October while trying to access it from South Africa on my Android phone. When I attempt to log in, TikTok always asks me to enter a verification code sent to my phone number. Unfortunately, I have lost access to that phone number and it is unreachable, so I cannot receive the SMS code and I am completely locked out of my account. I previously tried to contact TikTok support about this problem, but the response did not help me because the process still requires access to the old phone number, which I no longer have. I kindly request that you help me regain access to my TikTok account by allowing me to log in via my email address or by providing an alternative verification method that does not require the old phone number. I want to continue using my account and would appreciate your support in updating my login method accordingly.
