TikTok Coin Balance Stuck at –2450 — Unable to Buy Coins for Two Weeks

For about two weeks, my TikTok coin balance has been showing –2450, and because of this, I cannot purchase coins with my credit card. My account username is ft. Resulwolf. This issue started after a payment cancellation and a coin purchase attempt. I have not received any notification or warning from TikTok regarding this problem. Also, this issue only occurs on my phone — I haven’t tried it on a computer.
