TikTok Account Recovery Request

I am writing regarding a serious access and privacy issue with my TikTok account. I no longer remember my password and I do not have access to the email address or phone number linked to the account, so I am unable to reset my password or sign in. This situation has been ongoing since around October 2022. My main concern is that there is personal information on this account that I no longer wish to be publicly accessible. I have two clear requests: either to regain access to the account through alternative verification methods, or, if that is not possible, to have the account permanently deleted to protect my privacy. About three weeks ago, I contacted TikTok support and answered all the security questions correctly to verify my identity. Despite this, I was told that I still needed access to the old email in order to proceed, which is not possible for me. I believe that answering the security questions correctly and confirming my identity should be sufficient for TikTok to either restore my access or assist in deleting the account. I request that TikTok review my case again, help me securely regain access to my account without requiring the old email, or, if that cannot be done, permanently delete the account so that my personal information is no longer exposed.
