I am a Melbet sports betting customer in the United Arab Emirates and my account was blocked today without any prior warning or clear explanation. I suddenly lost access to my account and have not been able to log in since the block. After noticing the problem, I contacted Melbet customer support and was told to write to [email protected]. I would also like to state that a previous message was sent to the support team from my phone by someone else, not by me personally. I sent an email to [email protected] as requested, but I have not received any response so far, and I still have no information about the reason for the block or how it can be resolved. I request the immediate reactivation of my Melbet account and a clear explanation of why it was blocked. I expect my access to be restored as soon as possible so that I can continue to use my account normally.
