Money Debited From My Bank Account But Not Credited

I am writing to report an unresolved issue with three failed sports betting deposits made to my Parimatch account via UPI on 27 February 2026, 26 April 2026 and 15 June 2026. A total of 28,992.98 INR was deducted from my Airtel Payments Bank account for these deposits, but the money was never credited to my Parimatch account and I have not received any refund. When I first contacted Parimatch support about these transactions, I was told to wait three working days for the refunds to be processed. After the three working days passed, I kept receiving the same generic response that “experts are working on the issue” and that it would be resolved as soon as possible, but nothing changed and no refund or credit was made. Later, Parimatch informed me that the transactions had not reached their merchant side and advised me to contact my bank and obtain a confirmation letter stating that the transactions were successful. I use Airtel Payments Bank, which does not issue the specific type of official confirmation letter requested by Parimatch. However, the bank did provide email confirmations clearly showing that the transactions were successfully processed and debited from my account. I shared these emails and all available evidence with Parimatch, but they refused to accept them and my issue remains unresolved. I have followed all instructions given by Parimatch and cooperated fully, yet I am still without either my money or the intended deposits. I request that the total amount of 28,992.98 INR for these three failed deposits be credited back to my Parimatch account as soon as possible and that a clear explanation be provided as to why this issue has remained unresolved for so long despite the evidence I have submitted.
