I'm Arshad S***, and I've unfortunately lost access to my TikTok account because I can't remember the Gmail ID and password associated with it. I reached out to TikTok Support via a comprehensive recovery email sent to [email protected] and [email protected]. In my message, I included all the essential details like my account name, phone number, and my profile picture for verification purposes. Even after presenting clear proof of ownership, I have not received any substantial help or an appropriate reply from the support team. I sincerely wish that TikTok takes the time to review my case thoroughly and assists me in recovering my account soon, as it contains significant personal memories and creative content that I put a lot of effort into.
