Tiktok Account Recovery

I am writing regarding my TikTok account with the username “blackcherry130”, which I have been unable to access. I last had access to my account on May 3, 2026, using an Android phone that I have since lost, and I no longer have access to the email address and phone number that were linked to the account. When I try to log in, the application asks me to enter a 6‑digit code that is sent to the old phone number ending with the country code +234, which I can no longer use. I tap on the “Need help” option, but I am not offered any alternative way to verify my identity or change the linked phone number or email, so I am completely locked out of my account despite being the rightful owner. I kindly request that my identity be verified through alternative methods and that access to my account be restored, for example by allowing me to link a new email address or phone number so I can log in again and secure my account.
