Recover My TikTok Account

I am writing regarding my TikTok account with the username @anney_thaku***, which I can no longer access due to login and verification issues. I originally signed up with a phone number that started with the country code +966, and that number is no longer available to me. In addition, the email address previously connected to my account has also been lost, so I cannot use it for recovery. I use TikTok on an Android phone. My last successful access to the account was around May 2026, and since then I have been unable to log in. At this point I still have my current phone number, but because two‑step verification is enabled on my account and all verification codes are being sent to contact details I can no longer use, I am completely locked out, even though I am the rightful owner. I kindly request that my case be examined manually by a real support representative, that my identity be verified through any alternative method you can offer, and that my TikTok account be recovered. I also ask that my account’s contact details, especially the phone number, be updated so that I can log in again safely and manage my security settings. I am ready to provide any information or documents needed to prove that I am the legitimate owner of this account, and I expect a clear, individualized response and a concrete solution as soon as possible.
