I had been using TikTok on my Android phone until I lost the device, and since March 2026 I have been unable to access my TikTok account. When I try to log in now, the system sends a verification code to my old phone number, which I no longer have access to. I also do not remember the email address or phone number that were registered to the account, so I cannot complete any of the standard recovery steps. I have not been able to reach any effective solution because I cannot get past the verification step, and I have not yet contacted TikTok support directly through other channels.
