TikTok Account Locked After Phone Damage - Balance Inaccessible
I am writing to complain about my inability to access my TikTok account after my old phone got spoiled, which has left me locked out of my profile and the money in it. I now use a Samsung Galaxy Note 8c, but I can no longer log into my TikTok account with the username “youngest d**” because I have forgotten the email linked to it. This problem started around August, and since then I have tried the “forgot password” option, but I still cannot access the account. I have previously made payments on this account and I have a balance of up to 2,000 in it, which I am currently unable to use or withdraw because I cannot log in.
