Lost Access to my 5k Likes TikTok Account! Two-factor Verification Won't Work

I can't get into my TikTok account with 5k likes after my phone broke and I had to buy a new on, I try to log in, it asks for two-factor authentication, and I can't remember my password. So, I can't get into my account because it says I'm on a device it doesn't recognize. Presently, I can't get into my TikTok account. Feels like all the hard work I put into getting a following and 5k likes is going down the drain. Hey, I really need your help to get my account back under control. do you think TikTok could help me out with bypassing two-factor authentication or recovering my account?  as someone who digs this app, I really hope TikTok gets that keeping us happy is key and helps out when stuff like this goes down.
