TikTok Password Reset Problem

I've got this old TikTok account, but I can't get into it 'cause I can't remember the password. I signed up using my phone number, but I'm still having trouble logging in. I keep running into an error whenever I attempt to reset the password. I've been reaching out for help multiple times, and I would really appreciate your assistance. I've also given logging in from different devices a shot, but this two-factor authentication thing is really getting in the way of me getting access.
