Locked Out of TikTok Account After Passkey Error and Lost Recovery Access
I have been unable to access my main TikTok account for about two weeks. When I try to log in, it asks me to use my passkey and then shows an error message saying that something went wrong. I have also forgotten my password, and I no longer have access to the email address and phone number linked to the account, so I cannot reset my password through the usual methods. I contacted TikTok support and followed their instructions several times, including providing details such as when I signed up, my iPhone model, my location and other requested information. Despite giving this information multiple times, I was told that they could not find any information about my account, and I am now completely stuck and locked out. I kindly request that my main TikTok account be recovered and that I be given a way to verify my identity and regain access, even though I cannot use the old email or phone number. I would like clear guidance and direct assistance so that I can get back into my account as soon as possible.
