I Paid Twice for TikTok Content via Apple but Got Nothing and No Refund

I purchased digital content on TikTok through Apple, and although the payment was processed and the money (₺) was taken from my account, I never received what I paid for. Right after the transaction, an error message popped up saying there was a problem. Then the screen repeatedly showed “Payment Cancelled,” but the money was still deducted—not once, but twice due to a system glitch. I was charged twice for the same content I never got. I immediately contacted support and requested a refund, but no one helped. All I keep getting is the same generic response, with zero resolution. This is completely unacceptable. Apple and TikTok must take responsibility, fix the error, and refund the total amount I paid immediately.
