Around 20 days ago, I purchased over ₺2000 worth of TikTok coins through the TikTok app on my Android phone, paying with my credit card. The transaction showed as successful, and the payment was deducted from my account. However, the coins never appeared in my TikTok account (username: serhat_Raman).
This is not the first time I’ve experienced this issue — it has happened multiple times before, where TikTok charged me but failed to deliver the coins. Each time, I ended up losing money without receiving what I paid for. I even have the bank payment receipt as proof of the transaction.
I attempted to reach TikTok customer support, but there is no way to get proper assistance, and my issue remains unresolved.
I am demanding that TikTok either:
Transfer the missing coins immediately to my account, or
Refund the full payment back to my credit card.
As a paying customer, I expect this issue to be resolved quickly to avoid further financial loss and frustration.
