TikTok Charged ₺1044 for a Failed Video Promotion Payment, No Refund Provided
I attempted to pay ₺1044 to promote one of my videos on TikTok. After approving the payment, I received an error message stating that the transaction had failed. However, upon checking my account, I saw that the ₺1044 had been deducted from my card.
This issue needs to be resolved immediately. Either the payment should be processed for the promotion as intended, or the full amount should be refunded to my account without delay.
I expect TikTok to address this matter promptly and provide clear communication about the status of my payment. This is an unacceptable experience, and I urge TikTok to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
