I Face TikTok Account Recovery Failure After Losing Gmail Access

I am writing regarding the loss of access to my TikTok account and the lack of support I have received so far. My TikTok username is @hamadtypist2. I lost access to this account on September 15, 2025, because I can no longer remember the Gmail address and password associated with it.

To recover my account, I contacted TikTok Support by email from akleader603****@gmail.com and sent a detailed recovery request on March 2, 2026, to [email protected] and [email protected]. In that message, I shared all the key information I have, including my account name, phone number, and profile picture so my ownership of the account could be verified.

Despite providing these details and clearly explaining my situation, I have not received any meaningful assistance or an appropriate response from the support team. This account contains important personal memories and creative content that I spent a great deal of time and effort building, so losing access has been very upsetting for me.

I kindly request that my case be carefully reviewed, that my ownership of the account be verified using the information I have already provided, and that I be helped to recover access to my TikTok account as soon as possible.
