I am writing regarding my TikTok account with the username “terryhunter_,” which I can no longer access due to two-step verification being enabled while I no longer have access to the verification methods.
In February 2026, I reset my phone because I forgot my device password. During this process, the email and data linked to my TikTok account were lost, and I no longer have access to that email or any previous verification options.
I still remember my TikTok username and password, but every time I try to log in, I am required to enter a verification code due to two-step verification, and I have no way to receive that code.
I have contacted TikTok support multiple times through their help channels and provided details such as my country, the account creation date, and other requested information. However, I continue to receive generic responses, and my access has not been restored. Two-step verification has also not been removed or adjusted.
I respectfully request that my identity be verified using the information I have already provided and that two-step verification on my account “terryhunter_” be removed or reset so that I can log in with my password and regain access to my account.
