Got a Ticket from Tickets.com, But Haven't Received It Yet!
I purchased a ticket from Tickets.com, entered all the required information, and completed the payment. However, I haven’t received any ticket details. I'm being told that the payment wasn't processed, yet the payment is still on hold in my account. I’ve been informed that the payment was rejected due to non-receipt, leaving me in a difficult situation. I can't reach anyone for assistance over the weekend, and this has caused me a lot of inconvenience.
