I Waited For Weeks To Get My Credit From Ticketmaster

Thought I could easily make some extra money by selling some of the concert tickets I bought cheap on Ticketmaster, which I did, I could successfully sell them but getting my money took weeks. no customer service representative has any idea how to resolve these kind of issues, do you not run this platform?? I've been transferred to at least three different people. No matter what I did—inputting my details, sending over my credit card info worked, what else do you need? My birth certificate?? They decided to just send me a check after seven rounds of back-and-forth with various representatives. How inconvenient! I was planning to make more money with the one I bought but I missed my chances.
