Just now, I’m seeing some charges from you on debit card for tickets that I had never truly purchased. someone made the decision to reward themselves by purchasing something on Ticketmaster with the money that I had worked so hard to earn. contacted you via email a number of times in the hopes that you might know someting to resolve the issue. Seing how lousy you were with the responses, I immediately filed a claim with my bank, and I am confident that I will receive the money back at some point in the future; however, Ticketmaster you are quilty!!! seriously, do you even consider the safety of your customers to be a priority? The service was absolutely repulsive. If you happen to live something like this, just call the bank.
