I purchased a The North Face jacket, trusting in the brand’s reputation for quality and durability. However, I’m extremely disappointed to find that the fabric strip (biye) located beneath the zipper has torn and come apart. This kind of damage is completely unacceptable for a product in this price range and from a brand like The North Face, which promotes itself as a leader in performance outerwear.
What’s even more frustrating is that I’ve found no clear information on after-sales support or repair services on the company’s website. I expected much better customer care and product backing.
I’m asking for prompt assistance with either repairing or replacing the jacket. This defect should not be ignored, and I urge The North Face to stand behind their product and take responsibility for quality issues like this. Please resolve this issue quickly.
