I brought the jacket to Kar Spor on April 30, 2025, for inspection and possible repair. However, it’s been weeks, and I still haven’t received any update or resolution regarding the issue.
Until now, I’ve never had such an experience with The North Face, which makes this situation even more disappointing. I was hoping for quicker support and better communication.
