The North Face Hedgehog Shoes Show Early Wear, Warranty Claim Denied
I purchased The North Face Hedgehog model shoes on October 20, 2024, from The North Face store at Bursa Sur Yapı Mall. Before even reaching one year of use, the shoes developed noticeable wear. As far as I know, products like this typically come with at least a two-year warranty, yet this fact was essentially ignored and the issue was attributed to user error.
After insisting, the shoes were sent in for warranty evaluation about 20 days ago, but the claim was rejected and the product was returned to me. Although I sent the shoes in with their original box, they were returned carelessly in a transparent plastic bag. Both the refusal to stand behind the product and the way it was returned are unacceptable and made me feel undervalued as a customer.
Considering the warranty period and the duration of use, I request that my shoes be re-evaluated fairly. If a defect is found, I expect the brand to stand behind its product and take the necessary corrective action.
