The North Face Warranty Claim Denied - Shoes Leaking Despite 2-Year Warranty

I am not satisfied with my recent purchase of The North Face shoes, which include a 2-year warranty. Even though the shoes were supposed to be waterproof, they began soaking up water before the warranty expired, and deformities started to show. I sent the shoes for inspection to the company twice, waiting for 20 days each time. On both occasions, I received written notification that the wear and tear were considered typical, and the request for repair or replacement was rejected. Furthermore, this product, which should come with a warranty, has become deformed and is now absorbing water. I kindly ask for a replacement for the product before the warranty runs out.

Unfortunately, no response has been written yet; they do not care about the consumer at all.
