The North Face Puffer Jacket Shows Discoloration After Minimal Use

I purchased The North Face puffer jacket (product code NFOA84IV1, maroon color) on October 29, 2024. Despite being worn only twice and never washed, the jacket developed noticeable discoloration on the sleeves and collar within a week. This is unacceptable for such a premium product.

When I submitted the jacket for inspection twice, I was informed that the issue was due to "improper washing" and oil stains. However, this explanation is baseless as the jacket was never washed. I am requesting immediate resolution of this issue and either a replacement or refund. If my concerns are not addressed, I will escalate the matter to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. I expect The North Face to take responsibility promptly.
